This position is responsible to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our client and guest. It involves handling out mail, answering incoming calls and email, providing information & promotion, setting appointment and entering data. She must have excellent administration skill and also must comfortably interact with individuals of all professional levels.

Competency Requirements :

  • Consistent punctuality & commitment
  • Good secretarial and administration skills
  • Excellent computer and internet skills (i.e. microsoft office, google docs, social media, etc)
  • Focused in delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently, and remain composed under pressure
  • Able to observe proper channels of communication at all times


Minimum Qualification :

  • Senior High/Vocational School
  • Under 25 y/o
