We are looking for sociable and detail person to join us. This position is responsible to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our client and guest. It involves handling out mail, answering incoming calls and email, providing information & promotion, setting appointment and entering data. She must have excellent administration skill and also must comfortably interact with individuals of all professional levels.
Competency Requirements :
- Consistent punctuality & commitment
- Good secretarial and administration skills
- Excellent computer and internet skills (i.e. microsoft office, google docs, social media, etc)
- Focused in delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently, and remain composed under pressure
- Able to observe proper channels of communication at all times

- Senior High/Vocational School
- Under 25 y/o
