Job Desk :
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Executive.
  • Assists the hiring managers with recruitment.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Processes new hires and terminations documentation.
  • Compile and update employee records and files (hard and soft copies).
  • Maintain personnel records ensuring timely and accurate records. 
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance report, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Provides General Affair support by answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Responsible in handling and reporting petty cash.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Undertake special assignments/projects, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.


The person:
  • Good in English (speaking and writing) is a must.
  • Minimum D3 in Human Resources or related field from reputable university.
  • Proven relevant experience in HR and GA support. 
  • Have basic knowledge of HR role, Indonsian Labor Law, Income Tax, BPJS Regulation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and private confidential information maturely and appropriately.
  • Strong administration skills, excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Pleasant personality and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under the pressure and tough deadlines.
  • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
  • High integrity, self-motivated and reliable/trusted person.
  • Hard-working and fast learner.
